8 Pedagogy, translated from Greek, means “child rearing,” that is, raising children, preparing them for life in society. As an established science, pedagogy deals with the disclosure of the laws of education, determines the content of education and teaching methods. The beginning of the development of pedagogy dates back to ancient centuries. Pedagogy arose in the form of rules and instructions for adults on caring for children and monitoring their behavior. The pedagogical traditions that laid the foundation for the development of pedagogy as a science appeared in Ancient Greece in the 5th-4th centuries BC. The Athenian and Spartan educational systems are of particular interest.

The Athenian system of education assumed the beginning of education at the age of 7, when the teacher (the so-called black slave) took the child to school, where he first learned reading and counting, then came the turn of literary and aesthetic education. A large role was also given to physical education (running, jumping, swimming, javelin and discus throwing). Me and my experience - presentation for the “Teacher of the Year” competition

Me and mine experience.

1 slide – greeting from the jury

Good afternoon, dear colleagues, jury members, guests! Let me present to your attention my work experience at school, my understanding of the mission teachers.

What does the word mean Teacher?

Mentor, sage, man?

Which value is more important

Argue for a century.

I think it's just a profession

Name few teachers:

Choose your calling

Fate showed him.

When did fate show me to become teacher? Probably when I was an elementary school student. After all, it is from that time that the image of my first teachers, Logacheva Alexandra Makarovna. Thanks to her kindness, sensitivity, responsiveness, I was able to choose my calling. After graduating from school, my path lay in a pedagogical school.

My student years flew by like a whirlwind. And so I, a certified specialist, 19 years old, went to gain experience. I am the first teacher. I am the first teacher, which enters the life of a child and his family. Parents trust me with the most precious thing they have - their children. And from me, first teachers, depends on how the child’s school life will turn out.

Every child is unique and talented. This is a whole world of unrealized possibilities. My task is how teachers is that to reveal these talents, to do everything so that the child’s world of feelings is filled with colors, joy and light.

Time flew by unnoticed. Over the 27 years of my teaching activity, I realized that “ Teacher is not just a profession, but part of every person's life. And this part has to be the best.” It's a way of life. This is an awareness of enormous responsibility to the state, to society, and, above all, to the student. Every day dozens of inquisitive eyes look at me. The future of Russia sits at the desks in my classes. And this is the future that I and my family will have to live in. And not only the life of the country, but mine too, depends on what these children become.

The teaching profession does not tolerate stagnation, monotony, or inactivity. In my work I try to follow the following rules:

1. Whatever I do, I do in good faith.

2. If I have to do it, I will certainly do it.

3. I am accumulating pedagogical experience and share it.

My pedagogical experience is the sum of qualities: determination + responsibility + desire to increase your potential + need to create + activity.

One of the main tasks teachers primary school – to lay the potential for enriched development of the child’s personality. I am like the teacher is called upon to teach children creativity, to educate each child as an independent person who has the tools for self-development and self-improvement, who knows how to find effective ways to solve a problem, and search for the necessary information. Therefore, in the new conditions, I simply need to improve pedagogical technologies, methods, techniques and teaching aids.

I must organize the lesson so that children independently acquire new knowledge and apply this knowledge to solve various problems. And here I could not do without the technology of the system-activity approach.

The system-activity approach is the main tool of a teacher’s activity. It gives children the opportunity to grow up as people who will be able to understand, evaluate information, analyze it based on their existing theoretical knowledge, and will have the skills to apply this knowledge in non-standard conditions.

Key words in the activity approach in the primary education system are: search, think, collaborate, get down to business, adapt.

I'll decipher them:

Search - interrogate the environment, consult with teachers, get information;

Thinking - establishing connections between past and present events, being critical of a particular statement,

Collaborate - be able to work in a group, make decisions, resolve disagreements and conflicts, negotiate, develop and fulfill assigned responsibilities;

Get down to business - get involved in the work, bear responsibility, organize your work;

Adapt - use new technologies of information and communication, withstand difficulties, find new solutions.

What technologies of the system-activity approach do I use in my lessons in elementary school?

1. Problem-based learning technologies

I consider one of the important stages in the lesson to be the stage of motivating students to perform activities in the lesson. Perhaps this is the most important stage of the lesson. Children should be surprised, go forward, and, when faced with a problematic issue, a problematic situation, want to solve the problem. Motivation can be either at the beginning of the lesson or at any other stage of the lesson.

I use gaming technologies in various forms: game lesson, travel lesson, quizzes.

2. Technologies of differentiated learning

I considered and still consider it very important when organizing practical work teach guys work in pairs, teach listen to the opinions of others, express your own, and draw conclusions.

Working in a group, each student in the class will receive an opportunity to either demonstrate your knowledge, clarify the application of a rule, or get clarification. Everyone will also act as an expert. I use such forms of work both in lessons and in extracurricular activities, in extracurricular work.

3. Heuristic learning technology

Why are children interested in class? Because children do not receive knowledge from teachers, and they discover them themselves, in the process of research, and acquire personal significance. As a teacher, I only direct the activities of my students. The child must be included in independent educational and cognitive activities, then his activity abilities will be formed.

4. Information and communication technologies

Information technologies provide students with access to non-traditional sources of information, increase the efficiency of independent work, and provide completely new opportunities for creativity. In my work I use ready-made multimedia products and computer training programs, and create my own presentations I use the Internet in educational and extracurricular activities.

14-15 slide

5. Health-saving technologies

These technologies are present in my practice in lessons, in extracurricular activities and in extracurricular work.

I believe that the effectiveness of training directly depends on whether one sees teacher the success of their students, whether it contributes to their achievement. The life of an individual has meaning only to the extent that it helps to make the lives of other people more beautiful and noble.

I would like to conclude my speech with the words of the writer, teacher Lyubov Rafailovna Kabo: “From a writer, books remain, from an artist, paintings. From every bright, thinking teachers remains his unique experience…»

Places of work First of all, teachers work in schools. Although, of course, in a broader understanding of the meaning of the word teacher, this can be called anyone who devotes himself to teaching, who teaches someone else something, imparts his knowledge to him. Thus, a teacher can work anywhere, but must teach students. However, in a legal sense, a teacher works in a school. Teachers work, along with schools, gymnasiums and lyceums, in institutions of primary and secondary vocational education (vocational schools, schools, colleges, technical schools). They are also in demand in institutions of additional education: various clubs, sections, etc.

Career prospects The phrase “teacher’s career” is not very common in the Russian language. The career prospects for these specialists are associated, first of all, with increasing the level of their teaching skills, winning competitions for professional achievements, and preparing successful students (for example, it is considered very honorable to prepare winners of subject Olympiads). Opportunities for administrative and material growth are not very great. Thus, sometimes teachers become head teachers or school directors, move to management work in educational authorities, or become owners of their own businesses aimed at providing educational services.
