Each team is assigned production (standardized) tasks for performing construction and installation work in accordance with working drawings and current building codes and regulations, and the necessary organizational and technical conditions are created for their implementation.

In order to increase the economic efficiency of construction production, develop initiative and expand the participation of workers in production management, teams should, as a rule, be transferred to cost accounting in accordance with the current Regulations on the new form of brigade cost accounting in the construction of a team contract.
