3. Exchange/return

Delivery cost is 200 rubles. Delivery is carried out in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road, or near the metro outside the Moscow Ring Road the next day after ordering (sometimes on the day of the order, or set a day convenient for you): from 10.00 to 18.00 on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Delivery in the Moscow region

Delivery is carried out by SDEK courier service. Delivery cost from 200 rubles (to be confirmed by our medical manager). Delivery time is 1-3 days. The order can be delivered to any pick-up point in one of the cities in the Moscow region or delivered to the recipient's door by courier. You pay for your order upon receipt in cash/card. If you wish, you can make an advance payment.
To the cities of the near Moscow region: Mytishchi, Dolgoprudny, Korolev, Northern North-East Administrative District, we can deliver the order by our courier (200 rubles). Payment in cash to the courier.

Delivery to St. Petersburg

Delivery is carried out by SDEK courier service. Delivery cost from 200 rubles (to be confirmed by our medical manager). Delivery time is 1-2 days. The order can be delivered to the nearest SDEK pick-up point near your home or delivered to the recipient’s door by courier. You pay for your order upon receipt in cash/card. If you wish, you can make an advance payment.

Delivery across Russia

Delivery is carried out by SDEK courier service. Delivery cost from 250 rubles (to be confirmed by our medical manager). The order can be delivered to any SDEK delivery point in your city or delivered to the recipient’s door by courier. You pay for your order upon receipt in cash/card.
