1. General Provisions

3. Rights

The instructor-methodologist has the right:

I. General provisions

1.2. A person with a higher professional education and at least 3 years of teaching experience is appointed to the position of instructor-methodologist.

1.3. Appointment to the position of instructor-methodologist and dismissal from it is made by order of the director of the Start youth sports school (hereinafter referred to as the Institution) on the recommendation of the deputy director for water management. During the period of incapacity for work of the instructor-methodologist, his duties may be assigned to a trainer-teacher from among the most experienced workers. Temporary performance of duties in these cases is carried out on the basis of an order from the director of the Institution, issued in compliance with labor legislation.
