The tax authority’s website has a service that allows you to find out whether an organization is ready to issue registration documents.

In order to find this service, you need to go to the main page of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and select the “Electronic Services” tab at the very bottom of the page. Almost at the end of the list you can find a service called “Readiness to issue state registration documents.” It applies only to companies that are registered in the Moscow region - in MIFTS No. 46.

You just need to indicate the following information in the appropriate fields of the service:

• incoming application number;
• select the required register - Unified State Register of Legal Entities or Unified State Register of Legal Entities (in our case, you need to select the Unified State Register of Legal Entities).

After a few seconds, information about the results of LLC registration will be displayed on your computer screen:

• date of application;
• Company name;
• information about whether documents have been issued or not yet.

Note! It will not be possible to pick up documents for a completed organization before the date specified in the receipt. Nevertheless, such a service allows you to find out useful information in advance, and, if necessary, find information about a new company in the public domain on the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.
