How much will delivery to your city cost?
The cost of delivery to your city can be calculated by our specialists upon request. based on your order depending on the weight and volume of the furniture. You can also calculate the cost of delivery yourself: the websites of transport companies have built-in calculators. It should be taken into account that the calculation will still be approximate: the final payment takes place at the company’s terminal upon acceptance of the cargo.
Payment for goods.
Furniture is shipped to the buyer after 100% prepayment of the order.
Payment by cash on delivery is possible - 20% prepayment and (80%) payment upon receipt of the goods at the terminal of the PEK transport company in your city. This service became possible after the conclusion of an agreement between our company Raduga LLC and the PEK company.
Also, from 2020, it has become possible to pay by cash on delivery via transport company KIT (Sperm Whale) – 5 - 10 % prepayment and the remaining amount upon receipt of the goods at the terminal of the transport company KIT (Sperm Whale) in your city. This service became possible after the conclusion of an agreement between our company Raduga LLC and the KIT company.

- First of all, you need to find out about the availability of the furniture you are interested in in our warehouse by phone, or better yet, by e-mail - it will be cheaper. The best option is to simply place an order through the website's shopping cart - and we will contact you as soon as possible with information about the availability of furniture or the time of its production.
- The product is there - we check it additionally (we open all the boxes, inspect every detail: we don’t want you to have problems during assembly).
- We issue you an invoice for payment by bank transfer through a savings bank or through any of your company (legal entity).
- We select for you the optimal transport company according to your wishes.
- You pay the bill. In approximately 3-4 banking days, we are ready to ship your furniture to the transport company. All furniture is insured and additionally packed in a rigid crate for better safety. Accompanying documents: waybill, invoice.
An invoice is not issued - we work on the simplified tax system.

Standard delivery terms
Our company delivers the Goods to transport companies under the following conditions:

free of charge regardless of the order amount within 2 working days from the date the cargo is ready for shipment****

- if the amount of the ordered Goods exceeds 75,000 (Seventy-five thousand) rubles, our company, after agreement with the Buyer, delivers the Goods free of charge to other transport companies within the Moscow Ring Road, but located outside the “third transport ring”, within 3- x working days from the date the cargo is ready for shipment.
The costs of transporting the Goods from the transport company’s warehouse in Moscow to the Buyer’s warehouse, as well as the costs of entering the territory of transport companies (if entry is paid) are paid by the Buyer.
Other delivery conditions are negotiated separately by the parties (we promise a flexible approach to each case!).
We perform:
- Delivery of cargo to transport companies and preparation of accompanying documents. You are required to pay the costs of transporting the goods to the transport company.
- An approximate calculation of delivery costs is made when ordering.
- Free notification via SMS to customers’ mobile phone numbers about the shipment of goods:
- Which transport company sent the cargo;
- Departure date;
- Bill of lading number.
Due to the fact that transportation costs are based on data from transport companies (and prices for their services change periodically), the cost indicated in the order calculation program may sometimes differ slightly from the actual one.
The final data on the cost of delivery is obtained after your additional clarifications with the transport companies. To do this, you need to know the following order information:
- cargo volume;
- total cargo weight;
- number of seats;
- delivery city.
