JOB DESCRIPTION N SP-02 ENGINEER FOR ORGANIZATION OF OPERATION AND REPAIR OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, EQUIPMENT AND NETWORKS OF REPAIR SERVICE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The main task of an engineer for organizing the operation and repair of buildings, structures, equipment and networks (hereinafter referred to as RES engineer) is to organize work to ensure uninterrupted provision of the enterprise with cold and hot water supply, heat supply, organization of operational work, current and major repairs of buildings, structures, equipment and enterprise networks.

1.2. The RES engineer is appointed and dismissed by the director of the enterprise in agreement with the deputy director for technical parts.

1.3. The RES engineer reports directly to the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs.

1.4. A person who has a complete higher technical education without work experience requirements or a basic higher technical education and work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years, who has completed training and certification in the prescribed manner, is appointed to the position of RES engineer.

1.5. The RES engineer supervises the work of an integrated team for the operation and repair of buildings, structures, equipment and networks.

1.6. In the event of a temporary absence of a distribution network engineer, he is replaced by another person appointed by order of the director or the deputy director for technical affairs.
