2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Boiler room manager:

    1. General Provisions

    1. This job description defines the job duties, rights and responsibilities of the boiler room manager.

    2. A person with a higher professional education and work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years or secondary vocational education and work experience in the specialty of at least 7 years is appointed to the position of boiler room manager.

    3. The head of the boiler house must know the regulations, instructions, orders, and other governing and regulatory documents of higher authorities relating to heat supply to consumers, the safe operation of boiler equipment, and the organization of production and economic activities of the boiler house; rules for the technical operation of electrical and thermal stations and networks; technical characteristics of boiler room equipment; technological process of heat energy generation and heat supply to consumers; electrical and technological diagrams of the boiler room; diagrams of heat, steam and water pipelines and external heating networks; fuel supply diagrams, schematic diagrams and principles of operation of relay protection, automatic and control devices, instrumentation, signaling and communication equipment; environmental protection requirements; organizing work with personnel involved in energy production; regulations and instructions for the investigation and recording of industrial accidents, disruptions in the operation of heating networks, power systems and energy associations; advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of heat supply and operation of boiler equipment; fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management; basics of labor legislation; rules and regulations of labor protection.

    4. The head of the boiler room is appointed and dismissed by order of the head of the institution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

    5. The head of the boiler house is directly subordinate to the head of the higher management body (institution, institution, organization).

    2. Job responsibilities

    Manages the production and economic activities of the boiler house. Ensures uninterrupted heat supply to consumers in accordance with the approved schedule, safe operation of equipment, compliance with the requirements of technical operation rules, labor protection and fire safety rules. Organizes the development and implementation of organizational and technical measures to improve the reliability of boiler equipment, reduce thermal energy losses, rational use of fuel and energy resources, reduce equipment downtime during repairs, and prepare it for operation taking into account seasonal conditions. Determines current and future volumes of boiler room work. Controls the safety and rational use of material assets. Organizes accounting and analysis of equipment operation, ensures timely preparation of reports on the results of the boiler house’s activities. Participates in work to improve the qualifications of boiler room personnel, in the work of certification commissions, in organizing and conducting emergency and fire safety training for personnel. Supervises boiler room workers.

    3. Rights

    The head of the boiler room has the right:

    8. issue orders and give instructions that are binding on all boiler room workers;

    9. carry out the selection and placement of boiler room personnel, make their appointment and dismissal in the prescribed manner;

    10. encourage and impose penalties on boiler room workers;

    11. in accordance with current legislation, resolve issues of financial and material support of the boiler room;

    12. represent the institution in government, judicial, insurance and arbitration bodies;

    13. submit proposals for the development and improvement of the institution’s activities for consideration and discussion by a higher management body (depending on the form of ownership);

    14. use information materials and regulatory documents necessary to perform their official duties;

    15. improve your skills.

    The head of the boiler house enjoys all labor rights in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

    4. Responsibility

    For violation of labor discipline, legislative and regulatory acts, the head of the boiler house may be subject to disciplinary, material, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with current legislation, depending on the severity of the offense.
